David J. Douville, President and CEO of Ord’s OTR ( off the road) Tire Service, Inc., started Ord's OTR Tire Service, Inc. in 2000.   David has been in the off-road tire business since 1977; he has worked as an off the road tire specialist.  Dave has worked for most of the equipment dealers and many of the quarries and excavators in the central Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware and New Jersey. click on images to enlarge Mr. Ord Leasure Dave Douville at 5 years old Dave running a roller at 5 years of age  David got a very early start in the construction industry with his grandfather, Ord Leasure who owned a Galion road grader.  At 5 years old, Dave would ride with Ord plowing snow in Northwestern Pa.   Granddad Ord was also a township supervisor for many years. David sells and services only off the road tires, on construction, quarry and landfill equipment.
